2 bedrooms apartment rental in Paris, Rue du Montparnasse Furnished apartments for rent in the 14th arrondissement

Apartment description

An elegant 3 room apartment in the heart of Montparnasse with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of Paris. Very bright, with a view of the Beau-Arts school. The main room, as spacious as it is comfortable, is divided between the living room and the dining room, which opens onto the master bedroom. At the other end of the apartment is the second bedroom with a single bed and an additional mattress to accommodate a 4th person. The large bay window opens onto the terrace, where you will enjoy relaxing. A modern kitchen equipped to meet all your needs and a bathroom with toilet complete the apartment.

Even though fewer painters now live in Montparnasse, the neighborhood is still very lively. Many brasseries (La Coupole, Le Dôme) are within walking distance of the apartment as well as many cinemas, etc. A typical market on Boulevard Edgar Quinet, theaters on rue de La Gaité a few hundred meters away.
