We rented this apartment which has been recently refurbished and provides a great balance of historical character and modern comfort. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are both new and high spec. The rest of the flat has been carefully restored and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment was surprising spacious and on Christmas day we were able to comfortably seat 8 guests in the living room. The separate dining room has a full size table that seats four. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and we had everything we needed to cook for our friends. The flat is very central and is just a few minutes walk from a number of cinemas, bars and department stores. It is also within easy reach of two Monoprix supermarkets. Although in a central location, the building itself was very quiet and has excellent security. The apartment was extremely clean when we checked in. The agency was very friendly and efficient and returned all of our deposit after we checked out. We really enjoyed the space and found the size of the apartment to be much better value for money than many of the other smaller apartments that we saw.
