Un grand lit double (160 cm). Une cuisine bien équipée et une salle de bains avec toilettes. Voilà un studio très confortable, pour un séjour de quelques semaines ou plus. L'appartement est équipé de l'ADSL, qui donne accès aux programmes de télévision du câble et au téléphone gratuit illimité en France et vers de nombreux pays (hors téléphones mobiles).
Un immeuble ancien ouvrant sur une charmante petite cour. Façade sur rue récemment ravalée.
Dans un secteur très agréable du 6ème arrondissement. Tous commerces à proximité pour vos besoins quotidiens. A 2 minutes du Bon Marché et de nombreuses boutiques de mode renommées. A 10 minutes de Saint Germain des Prés. Métro Sèvres Babylone.
Great loft with all the necessities near shopping & transportation. It felt very secure and was a little farther from tourist attractions to not be too busy. Thanks for everything. We especially appreciated the fan you brought during those hot days!
This studio has all the qualities needed: perfect location in the district Sévres Babylon, very pretty and perfectly furnished, wooden floors and beams, the kitchen is great, fully equipped with all utensils needed to make good meals and... a small dishwasher ! The agency My Appartement in Paris provides high quality service, efficiency and genuine kindness. I will rent this studio again!
The location of this apartment was superb!!! It was right around the corner from metro line 10 and 12 and Le Bon Marche. Le Bon Marche has some high end shopping including a high end super market. It was very hot in Paris the week were staying and our host brought us a fan which was very helpful. The kitchen was also well appointed and very convenient.
Very well situated, opening on a yard, this large studio is calm and convenient. In the quarter, we find a lot of prestigious brands and typically parisian boutiques, and good restaurants. 3 close Metro stations allow to go quicly where you want in Paris and to return home to rest when you are exhausted after visiting an exhibition or a museum. Inside the flat is well equipped and the welcome excellent.
I hesitated to rent this apartment because it had no reviews yet on Tripadvisor. So I waited until I had visited the agency office in Paris before I signed on the dotted line. I was reassured by the agency office, staff, and their professional approach, so I confirmed and paid for my booking. On the appointed day, the agency rep met me at the apartment right on time and thoroughly briefed me on how things worked. First impressions were super. In spite of the street noise outside, the apartment was dead quiet. And it smelled clean -- that sounds pretty basic, but most old buildings in Paris carry a faint hint of "there s something in the drains". Not this one! Things I loved: The layout -- efficient use of space separating the night and day areas. The kitchen -- new and well-equipped. The washer/dryer -- what a luxury when you re travelling with a limited wardrobe in a gritty city. The manuals folder -- every time I needed to figure out unfamiliar appliances, the manual folder was right there to help. The oak beams, wood floors and big windows that opened -- lots of character. The free Voip phone calls home to Canada. The location -- fabulous street market one block away three times a week, easy access to a couple of different metro lines, all the services you need and want within a few-block radius. A couple of minor issues: The document provided gave the wrong wi-fi info. But, to be fair, as soon as I let the agency know that the wifi was not working well, they sent someone over right away. The mattress, while firm and apparently new, is a bit plastic-feeling. The narrow, uneven spiral stairs leading up two floors to the apartment -- this place is not for you if you have any mobility issues! I would heartily recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the 6th. I m certainly planning on renting it again.
