Would very much recommend this apartment. Comfortable and with good facilities. The Bourse/Opera is a good area from which to discover Paris. Best place locally for food shopping is the excellent foodhall in Galleries Lafayette!
Good location. Apartment with everything you need. Toilet outside the bathroom although somewhat small for big people. Cable internet is cut intermittently.
The apartment is as described. Fully renovated, and in particular the kitchen, which has everything you need - and the sink is also in a perfect condition. The only small inconvenience is the size of the elevator - it is very small and can make people claustrophobic, but it works very well and the flat is only at the 3rd floor.
Bogena was very accommodating and promptly responded to our inquiries. The apartment is truly superb. Very clean and roomy, convenient and centrally located. We had the best family time in Paris.

We were in Paris for the Marathon and spent 5 nights in this great apartment. It has been an awesome holiday and this lovely apartment has be one of the reasons we had such a good time. The location could not be better for touring Paris, close to everything. The previous contact with the Agency was perfect. At our arrival we were meeting by someone who spoke Spanish that informed us about home appliances and other aspects and answered any questions we had. Everything was as described. It had all the amenities one could ask for, a well-stocked kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable living room and eating area. It was spacious, immaculate and QUIET!!! . Just to point out that the lift is quite narrow. Many thanks for this nice atmosphere
We rented this apartment over the Christmas and New Year break. It has been recently refurbished and provides a great balance of historical character and modern comfort. The bathroom and fully equipped kitchen are both new and high spec. The rest of the flat has been carefully restored and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment was surprising spacious and on Christmas day we were able to comfortably seat 8 guests in the living room. The separate dining room has a full size table that seats four. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and we had everything we needed to cook for our friends. The flat is very central and is just a few minutesĂ˘Â€Â™ walk from a number of cinemas, bars and department stores. It is also within easy reach of two Monoprix supermarkets. Although in a central location, the building itself was very quiet and has excellent security. The apartment was extremely clean when we checked in. The agency was very friendly and efficient and returned all of our deposit after we checked out. We really enjoyed the space and found the size of the apartment to be much better value for money than many of the other smaller apartments that we saw.
