Cancellation insurance

Rent Secure with My Apartment in Paris

Accident, illness, anything may happen that could force you to cancel or cut-short your stay in Paris at the last minute. Unfortunately, the deposit or the total rental price you paid will not be refunded.

Be foresighted, take out ADAR insurance

Taking out ADAR, you get all at once, a cancellation insurance (any deposit will be reimbursed and the owner will receive any balance due), an interruption insurance (you will be reimbursed for the remaining period), and a personal liability insurance as a tenant for material damages (explosion, fire and water damages).

For 3% of the rental price only, ADAR gives you all you need to go abroad feeling secure.

Exclusive Apartments
Taking out this insurance is mandatory except for French residents who can provide with an attestation of a comprehensive insurance which covers public liability in a seasonal rental. My Apartment in Paris takes out this insurance for you at the booking.

Parisians’ Apartments
Taking out this insurance is optional yet highly recommended. A certificate of public liability insurance should be presented to the owner on your arrival day. Take it out directly on ADAR website: Click here
