A mansard-roofed duplex studio with an american kitchen, a shower room with the toilet and a bedroom on the upper floor. A sofa bed in the living area allows to sleep up to four people. Here is a studio which is convenient for a family touristic stay as well as for a professional stay of a few months in Paris. The apartment is equipped with DSL which gives acccess to internet and to cable TV programs and allows unlimited free phone calls in France. The price is given for one or two people. An extra charge of 10% is applied for three or four people.
