Very good design for this studio set up as a small duplex. On the lower floor ( 280 sqft) a sitting room with a sofa bed which can sleep two, a dining table, an american kitchen with a bar and a shower room with the toilet. On the upper floor a mezzanine (150 sqft at floor level, with limited height) , with a double bed. Here is a good stay for a couple or a family of three or four visiting Paris.The apartment is equipped with DSL access which gives acccess to cable TV programs and unlimited free phone calls in France and to many countries (landlines). The prices are indicated for one or two people. An extra charge of 10% is applied for three or four people.
