My Apartment in Paris offers an insurance to cover the following risks:

1 - Cancellation of the holiday.
2 - Interruption of the holiday.
3 - Occupant's civil liability for damage to the property.

Its cost is 3% of the total rental cost.

The subscription of this insurance is mandatory except for French residents who can provide evidence of a “Multirisques” insurance which covers their civil liability in a seasonal rental.
